Peachtree will purchase structured payments from lawsuit and insurance settlements, annuity payments, income streams from gambling winnings and sports contracts. In addition, Peachtree offers payments for life insurance policies as well as pre-litigation cash advance arrangements.

According to a company press release dated 12 July 2011, Peachtree has entered into a partnership with Pennsylvania-based J.G. Wentworth, another large factoring and financial services company. Today, both Peachtree and J.G. Wentworth operate under the corporate umbrella of JGWPT Companies.
